  • WeHa Here is a community collective celebrating the art, culture, heritage, hospitality, and creative energy of West Hartford, Connecticut. We share local events, spotlight artists and organizations, and keep a free public calendar so it’s easy to find what’s happening around town.

  • WeHa Here is a Bellu Jean Creative project by Allie Bellucci, supported by the West Hartford Arts & Culture Commission and Chuck Coursey.

  • Any event that takes place in West Hartford and connects to at least one of our pillars: arts, culture, heritage and performing arts. Your organization doesn’t need to be based in West Hartford, as long as the event happens in town.

  • Yes! There’s no limit to how many eligible events you can submit, and listings are always free.

    1. Create your event in Google Calendar

    2. Add wehahere@gmail.com as a guest

    3. In the event description, include the event name, date and time, a short description, and a link for tickets or more info (if you have one)

    4. Save the invite

  • Events are reviewed and added to the calendar within 48 to 72 hours.

  • Never. The public calendar will always be free! Paid services are completely optional and are only for organizers who want extra promotion.

  • Yes! You can add WeHa Here as a collaborator on up to 2 Instagram posts per month for free. Once we accept, the post appears on both pages and shares likes, comments, and views. Need more? Additional collaboration posts are $25 each.

  • We don’t accept low-quality, duplicate, or AI-generated posts or promotional materials.

  • Yes! Bellu Jean Creative can design a custom graphic post for your event, announcement, or promotion for $100. You’ll get a polished, ready-to-post design for your own Instagram, and you’re welcome to add WeHa Here as a collaborator to share it with our audience too.

    • Poster design + featured website placement: $150

  • Absolutely! You can book a shoot with Bellu Jean Creative, the team behind WeHa Here. These are special community rates for arts, history, and culture businesses and organizations, offered below our standard pricing to help local creatives get the content they need. Every shoot includes a feature on the WeHa Here website and Instagram.

    Mini Session: $150

    • Up to 45 minutes of shooting

    • 10 to 15 professionally edited photos

    • One location

    • Perfect for artist headshots, a gallery or studio refresh, or quick social content

     

    Full Session: $300

    • Up to 1.5 hours of shooting

    • 30+ professionally edited photos

    • Perfect for studios, shops, restaurants, and organizations that want a full library of content

     

    Video

    Promo Video: $350

    • Up to 1 hour of filming

    • 2 edited reels (30 to 60 seconds each)

    • Music and captions included

    • Perfect for promoting an event, class, show, or new offering

     

    Combos

    Starter Combo: $400 (save $100)

    • Mini Photo Session + Promo Video

    Full Combo: $550 (save $100)
